Mitch has been an Israeli tour guide since 2009 and really loves his work! He grew up in sunny Florida, and also lived in New York and Los Angeles. Before moving to Israel in 2005, he worked and taught in the Jewish community in the States. Mitch holds a BA & MA in History & Judaic Studies.
Mitch guides families, synagogue missions, Jews & Christians, North Americans and Europeans, business groups and educational groups. He mostly loves the upper Galilee’s scenic mountains, curvy roads and sites that combine nature and antiquities (ie. Mt. Meron, Nachal Ketziv, Tel Dan, Banias, etc) He loves yoga, cycling, tennis, history, religion, politics & sociology and is known for my eclectic Jewish background (from reform to orthodox) and his natural curiosity.
When Mitch is not guiding, you might see him whizzing around with his red bike on the roads of Jerusalem.
